Gym Is Open (Saturday)
I did cardio and abs today.
10 minutes eliptical (from hell, I might add)
15 minutes recumbant bike
25 minutes treadmill
reverse crunches
sb weighted crunches
Glad I went...I think I need to quit taking weekends off from exercise...well, one day is okay, but, not two...I still like to eat so I feel I got to keep exercising!
