I'm at a standstill!
I thought it was just me. I've only lost 2 lbs so far this month, I was hoping to be down at least 100 lbs but it's still 96.5. I'm sorry everyone else is going thru this though. But at least it shows that we are all experiencing similar things and it's probably normal. It kind of bums me out because I really wanted to say I'd lost 100 lbs.
That being said, though, I've been really busy at work and haven't exercised as much as I was doing prior to this month. I'm hoping that 1 more week of really hard work should get me caught up and I can start my routine again of going to the gym 3-5 times a week. I'm still doing ok on the food for the most part. Occassionally I'll blow it but I try to make up for it the next day.
I'm finding that some days I'm really hungry and other days nothing sounds the least bit appetizing.
