Gym Is Open (Friday)
TGIF!!!!!
Here is what I did today:
Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles)
1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8
2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8
3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8
4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8
5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8
6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8
7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8
8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10
9. SB Crunch 1 x 15
For cardio I did 10 minutes on the recumbant bike then 10 minute fast walk around the track, then ran off to a meeting!

YOU ROCK, Lori! Wow, what a workout.
Instead of going to the gym this morning...I opted to lay in bed and chat with my husband for a change. It is hard when he gets home at 9:30 pm and I'm half asleep at that point or in the middle of watching some TV show. It was nice to just chat for a change.
We'll be hitting the gym at 8 am tomorrow morning before I head off to support group, lunch and shopping!

OK -- I am going to be a regular poster to this!
I'm working out with my trainer tonight. It's legs night. She always mixes it up, but we usually do at least 3 sets of 15 of everything. We will inevitably do some step ups with weights or walking lunges with weights (those are my fav -- not!). And she always gets in some ab work with crunches on the ball or having both legs in the air and bringing each leg down and back up one at a time.
I guess I need to start learning the names to all of these.
Oh, I will start of with 20-30 minutes of cardio on the stair stepper before I let her kick my arse.
