Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Well, it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to drive in to work today!!! I'm sure I burned no calories doing that! We've had yet another rush hour snow storm...is Spring every coming?
I did make it to the gym this morning at 5, it was a light snow at that time. Here is what I did:
Cardio: 25 minutes Treadmill at 3.5 mph
SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec
Machine Back Extension 3 x 10
SB Wall Squat 3 x 8
Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10
Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10
Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10
Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15

Lets see...I did 17 minutes on the exercise bike... relaxed pace today. Forget mileage.
Seated leg curls 3 x 12 (30 lbs)
Leg extension 3 x 12 (30 lbs)
Hip abduction 5 x 12 (50 lbs)
Hip adduction 5 x 12 (50 lbs)
Leg curls (on stomach) 3 x 12 (30 lbs)
Stability ball, hip side-to-side, 100
Stability ball, hip front-to-back, 100
Stability ball, bent leg lifts, 100
Stability ball, wall squats, 25 (held for a count of 5)
Bosu ball, standing balance, 5 on each foot (count of 10)
Didn't have time for abs. But since I'm not doing upper body due to sore shoulder... abs work on Friday. No gym tomorrow - I have a doctor's appointment first thing with my PCP.
