What are you eating on Wednesday?
b-special k protein plus with ff carb countdown milk
s-protein shake
l-half of a tuna salad sandwhich
s-14 roasted salted almonds
d-healthychoice frozen meal
s-low carb yogurt
Yesterday and today I have been down and out. A lot has happend recently and am trying to regroup. Im still exercising but gained a pound this week due to some old eating habits I picked up on last week. Im so angry at myself for dealing with things by eating. Hoping for a better week this week. Sometimes I feel like a foot in the right direction and then bam! two steps back.
Candy
PreB: Protein shake (35g)
B: 1 oz muenster cheese, protein shake (23g)
L: Deli ham w/ cheese (2 oz each probably)
S: Protein shake (23g), celery w/ PB
S2: Protein shake (35g)
D: Probably leftover low carb meatloaf and green beans
S: Protein shake (35g)
I've also had two SF caramel eggs (Russell Stover) and I have the gas to prove it.
Water: Propel 16.9 oz, 60 oz down working on more
Vitamins: Got one dose calcium and my iron (separated by a few hours) to go.
Exercise: gym

AM - double dose of liquid protein
b - carb control yogurt and half an atkins protein bar
l - 3/4 cup veg. chili, 1/2 cup canned mixed veggies
s - 2 slices 2% american cheese with saltines
d - boca burger with some gravy, 1/2 cup cooked corn, and s/f gingersnaps for dessert
s - 3 or 4 light tostitos with salsa and cheese
Gotta get the snacking under control!!! My doc's protocols say "no snacks" but lately, I've been having two per day. I need to cut back to maybe one snack per day.
Water - not enough - maybe 40 oz
Meds and Vits - yes
Exercise - gave myself the night off
Protein - aboiut 72 grams
