Good job, Lori! I did 2 full circuits (30 minutes) and 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'm *determined* to get to my goal!! Eileen

Eileen, I know you are close to a normal BMI... just a few mere pounds away but how close are you to your own goal weight? Have you reached/surpassed your doctor's goal? Kathy

My doctor didn't give me a goal, but approved of the goal I gave myself. I admit that I picked my goal weight because it's a nice, round number (150). I am 14 pounds from that. I am 5'7" OH's "ideal" weight for me is 147. So, it's all the right ballpark. I feel great now, so 160ish might truly where I end up. Eileen
