What are you eating on Tuesday?
Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Two hard boiled eggs, two slices muenster cheese
L: Deli ham, american cheese
S: Celery w/PB
S2: Protein shake
D: Leftover meatloaf (low carb) w/ green beans
S: Protein shake
Water: 16.9 oz propel, 40 oz down. Working on next 20 oz.
Vitamins: calcium and iron to take spread out throughout rest of day
Exercise: gym this a.m.
AM - double shot of protein syrup
breakfast - carb control yogurt and half a strive protein bar
lunch - 3/4 cup vegetarian chili with ff sourcream and a s/f jello cup
snack - 2% american cheese with saltines and a pickle
dinner - 3.5 oz baked salmon (marinated in sesame ginger sauce), one tablespoon cooked spinach and a moc**** cream sandwich for dessert (take one graham cracker rectangle, break in half and spread generously with sugarfree coolwhip, top with other graham cracker half and freeze - yummy!!)
Water - well, i just found out that green tea is not caffeine free, so I cannot count it as part of my fluid intake.
meds and vits - yes
protein - approx 80 grams
exercise - 50 minutes of cardio, lower body toning
