Thank you for your thoughtful words.
Your window of opportunity to lose weight is still there. Heck some folks still lose at 2 years post-op. If you want to lose more, keep forging on.
Focus on your protein, exercise, water and vitamins. The scale can and will move again. Sometimes the body needs a breather. Sometimes the body need variety. It gets settled into a rut. You need to shake things up. The weather is getting nicer and activity levels usually increase.
