What are you eating on Monday?

I'm not logging my food on Fitday, presently, so I look forward to your posts!
LND - 4 oz of salmon, 1/2 cup broccoli
B - 1 peach, 1/2 container yogurt
S - protein bar
L - buffalo chicken, spinach, nf ranch in a ww pita, 1.5 oz of cheese
S - protein shake
S - Venti SF Hazelnute NF Latte
S - granola bar
D - (late) frozen bean burrito
I did so-so on water and am good on my supplements.
AM - double shot of liquid protein - 30 grams
b - Atkins protein bar - 20 grams
l - 3/4 cup vegetarian chili, 1/2 cup canned mixed veggies - 4 grams
s - 2 slices 2% american cheese with saltines and a small pickle - 10 grams
d - 3 oz frozen shrimp bites (baked) and 1/2 cup salad with lowfat dressing (the shrimp bites were breaded but for the quantity I had, I don't think it was particularly bad.) - 10 grams
s - s/f pudding cup with dollop s/f coolwhip
protein - 74 grams
meds and vits - yes!
water - 64 oz of water and green tea
exercise - 50 cardio dance class followed by lots and lots of ab work
