I set my goal more than a year ago at 160. My lowest thus far has been 167. I'm up a couple of pounds from that, as usual. My weight bounces around a fair amount but there is still an overall sloooooooow downward trend. I'm losing 2 lbs per month or so has been the trend over the past 3 months. This month appears to be the same with a week or so to go. I lose basically one week out of the month - right before my period - go figure that. I'm know I'm not the only one that happens to either. Counterintuitive and definitely opposed to my bodily fluctuations growing up when the name of the game was premenstrual water weight gain.
Anyway at this rate...I probably won't be at goal by the time I reach my year mark. Don't think there is much I could do to change that. I think I'm doing farily well with eating, drinking, vitamins, protein and exercise. Not much I'd change though mixing things up a bit might not be a bad idea. Hmmmm....
I do expect to get more exercise as the weather warms up. I do go to the gym 5-6 times a week but I think we'll be doing more activities that involve moving, walking, riding, etc. That might help too.
If my weight loss stopped here...I won't complain. Well, not much. LOL!
