Well, it is my 45th birthday. I'm healthier than I've been in years! I finally felt good enough (after being quite sick with a cold) to get back to the gym today. It has been a great day.
I did 1 hour of a circuit jazzercise class this morning.

I walk to my gym it took me about 30 min to get there,worked out with my trainer for 1 hour,and then did 30min on the stairmaster.
