What are you eating on Thursday?
I'm noticing that not many post to this thread, but I think it's important to keep ourselves accountable, so I'll keep doing it. Anyone feel free to pick it up on Fri-Sundays.
LND- hawaiian grilled shrimp
LNS- protein pudding pie
B- banana, yogurt
S- protein bar
L- leftover chicken and vegetables
D- out for chinese with friends. Last time I tried chinese I got sick, so I need to be really careful.
vits- I will right now
water- will get at least 75
excersize- I walked a mile this morning. My fingers are still numb!
B: protein shake (CL/Lemon Iced Tea Protein blend)
L: chicken, salad with extra protein
D: brocoli/cheese baked potato & chili (half)
vitamins: already did the calcium, will do B-12 and daily vits tonight
water: have already gotten in 64oz, and it's not even lunchtime yet here. Will keep at it all day, because it staves off the cravings
exercise: walked this morning before work, will do 15 minutes on exercise bike and free weights during lunch break
PreB: IDS Cinnamon Vanilla protein with chilled leftover coffee, half and half and sweet n' low!
B: Cup o' Joe, hard boiled egg, slice of american cheese, 1 Russell Stover SF pecan nut cluster thingie
L: Deli ham and american cheese rolled up together
S: Celery w/ PB, Nectar Lemon Tea
S: Strawberries w/ cool whip light
D: Turkey taco meat w/ cheddar cheese
S: Protein shake
Water: 16.9 Propel, 2 - 20 oz downed, working on 3rd 20 oz
Vitamins: Got 1 calcium dosage to go and iron/vit C to go (separate times)
Exercise: Gym this a.m.
AM - one shot of liquid protein - 15 grams
b - carb control yogurt and half a Strive bar - 15 grams
l - half cup black bean soup w/ 2 TB fat free sour cream and half cup of canned mixed veggies - 5 grams
s - 2 1/2 slices 2% american cheese and saltines - 10 grams
d - salad greens with 5 black olives, a heaping tablespoon of corn, and lowfat ranch dressing; 1 1/2 ounces 2% cheddar - 7 grams.
s - 4 s/f vanilla wafers and one tablespoon lowcarb peanut butter.
Protein - over 50 grams
