What are you eating on Wednesday?
LND- I made a chicken dish with tomatoes, zucchini, onions, wine and liptin onion soup mix, served with mashed potatoes and salad.
B- protein shake
then a banana and yogurt
L- either a ham/cheese roll up or a Lean Cuisine
D- probably a turkey/cheese rollup or leftover chicken
vits- yes
water- will do 100
excersize- will do at least 2 miles tonight
pre b- 12 oz skim milk with 1 1/2 scoops of choc coco delite protein
b - 1 whole wheat blueberry waffle and sf syrup
l - 2 oz turkey, 1 cheesestick and 1/2 pear
s - 1/2 pear and a powercrunch bar
s2- handful of pretzels. (didn't need them, but wanted 'salty')
d - lean cuisine chicken with noodles, ate about 3/4
s - don't know.
will have another protein drink
all vitamins
15 minutes of exercise this morning on my Urban Rebounder
40 oz water, 38 oz decaf iced tea, 16 oz skim milk with lite Hershey's syrup
