20oz water
b-3/4c special k with 1/2c ff carb countdown and 7 bite sized prunes
s-protein shake
32oz water
l-shrimp stirfry (OMG was so good almost ate too much)
s-green apple
d-1oz ww pasta and 1/2c turkey spaghetti sauce and 1/3c shoepeg corn
s-low carb yogurt and 2 RF vanilla wafers
wow seems like a lot of food!
thank god I already did 20 min on the stepper and 20 min on the stationary bike.
