LND- three cheese ravioli, salad, one slice of bread B- protein shake then yogurt and banana L- Lean cuisine D- not sure vits- will right now water- it's only 7am, but I'll do 100 excer- going to walk right now

B- 1 cup of OJ Brunch - 2 slices of veggie pizza L- prolly a salad D- prolly a salad vits - getting them now water - i will try and do better today excer- just worked out at the club, treadmill and bicycle!

B - old fashioned oats w/a few almonds (superfoods!) S - AdvantEdge protein drink L - McDonald's Cobb Salad - 1/2 S - South Beach snack bar D - Fajitas (no tortilla) -- didn't end up having on Monday Eileen

20oz water b-3/4c special k with 1/2c ff carb countdown and 7 bite sized prunes s-protein shake 32oz water l-shrimp stirfry (OMG was so good almost ate too much) s-green apple d-1oz ww pasta and 1/2c turkey spaghetti sauce and 1/3c shoepeg corn s-low carb yogurt and 2 RF vanilla wafers wow seems like a lot of food! thank god I already did 20 min on the stepper and 20 min on the stationary bike.
