I am doing very well with my journaling...of good food that is! I seem to have a little trouble remembering to write down the things that dont comply!!!
I feel really well with all this H2O in me! If I have learned anything so far it is Drink Your Water! No matter how far out your veins stick up!

Today has been good so far. I weighed this morning and was 157.0 which is good, that means a two pound loss since last tuesday. Speaking of water, I use to be a pro at it getting no less than 100 oz daily but now its unusually hard just to make the recommended 64 oz amount. I dont know what my problem is. I did manage 20oz before breakfast and 32oz after breakfast but still have another 32 I need to take care of. Thank god its only 3:00. Well time to go to the tanning bed, I just love my new tan!
