L - leftover Cobb salad with 1/2 egg, 1.5 oz. chicken, 1/2 oz. blue cheese, skipping the bacon
s - South Beach snack bar
D - Fajitas made with Morningstar Farms steak strips, no tortilla
SF jello/cool whip
water - 80 oz
vitamins/calcium - on track

Pre-B: IDS Cinnamon Vanilla protein in chilled coffee, splash half and half, sweet 'n low - latte heaven!
B: Two hard boiled eggs, 1.5 pieces of havarti cheese
L: Leftover half of a chicken breast that had some onion straws and roumalaude sauce on it, green beens
S: Celery with PB, Nectar Lemon tea protein shake
S: 5 strawberries with some SF chocolate cream cheese dip, 1 slice of muenster cheese
Dinner - not sure yet
Water: 16.9 Propel, 2 20 oz bottles thus far...
Vitamins: On track...got one dose of calcium and my iron to take later (hours apart of course)
Exercise: Lower body workout at the gym
pre-b - a chocolate coconut delite protein shake with milk
b - 1/2 apple with splenda sprinkled on it
l - 3 oz chicken, 1 cheesestick, few tablespoons of green beans
s - yogurt
s2 - 1/2 pure protein bar
d - 1/2 south beach diet pizza, 1/2 apple sprinkled with splenda
(chocolate coconut delite shake with milk before dinner)
40 oz water, 32 oz decaf tea, 16 oz skim milk
all vitamins.
s -will have some sf cheesecake pudding with protein powder added and some nsa cherry pie filling on top! yummy!
