Day 7 Regroup
Okay well in my opinion...
Thank Goodness the Weekend is Over!!
I slept till 1pm today and plan to be back in bed in an hour or so. After working all weekend Sundays are so strange for me.
I had 2 protein shakes to total 36gms and a couple handfuls of peanuts. I plan to have my Low Carb yogurt smoothie before bed.
I am also premenstral which isn't helping matters much.
Can't wait to wake up Monday morning and start my "normal" schedule.
Good Evening Girls,
I just finished with dinner and Im stuffed although it was a very healthy one. Grilled shrimp with steamed asparagus. Im going to have a slice of SF pumpkin pie in a little while, waiting for it to cool. Today was a pretty good day, was beautiful outside so hubby, my son, and I walked 2 miles around the track at the YMCA today. I got in 80oz of water, have been slacking on my usual 100oz. Water just gets old sometimes you know? Im not weighing anymore till Tuesday, a little nervous. Im so ready to get to goal in 7 more pounds.
