LND-turkey chili with kidney beans
prebreakfast-chocolate protein shake with skim
breakfast-3 boiled egg whites, .5 oz cheddar cheese
lunch-turkey chili
snack-brownie
snack-nectar protein drink
overindulgence:2 60cal hershey mint milk chocolate sticks, 6 carbs, and boy do they satisfy something for me
dinner-will be turkey chili
vits are good, shooting for 80 of water, and I already have over 80g of protein.
Well, I actually had a decent day with food today.
prebreakfast - protein drink
breakfast - special K cereal
snack - 1 oz mixed nuts
lunch - 1/2 cup egg drop soup and 3 oz of almond chicken
snack - protein drink
snack - protein bar
dinner - oatmeal pancake
snack - will be protein drink
wooo hooo - 165 grams of protein and 1245 calories for the day!!!!
