Gym is Open (Friday)

Hi guys! Well, I've fully recovered from the conk on the head I got yesterday...I think. Anyway, here is what I did at the gym this morning. Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles) 1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8 2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8 3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8 4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8 5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8 6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8 7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8 8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10 9. SB Crunch 1 x 15 For cardio, I walked the track with a fellow gym mate for 20 minutes. What did you do to move your body today?? Lori 384/250.5/168 (kind of on a stall with the weight loss, but, I'm losing inches!)

Well I made it to the gym today but I was definately not in any shape to actually work out. I forced myself to walk 3 miles, but it took me 15 minutes longer then usual. I'm really dragging today big time!!! I know it's my darn iron. Just can't seem to get it up at all. Laurie

Laurie, I'm so sorry you are having this problem. I think the exercise will help your body start getting regulated again, but, it will take time. Good luck! Lori
