Gym is Open (Thursday)
Today's workout almost killed me, literally! They had just waxed the hardwood floors in the aerobics room. I was at my circuit jazzercise class and we were doing weight lifting with our backs and necks on the stability ball. My feet slipped out from under me, so did the ball, so I slammed my head on the floor hard enough to see stars.
I am okay now and did finish the class, but, I think I'm gonna be a bit more careful!
What did you do to move your body today? (Hopefully, more safely!)

Oh Lori I am glad you are okay!
Today I did 30 min (2.5miles) on the treadmill with a combo of walking and running and then 20 min weight training for my arms and upper body followed by 20 min on the recumbant bike (4.5miles)
and when I got home I raked leaves and planted daylilies and dalfodils for 2 hours!!
My energy level is way thru the roof!!

Geez, I'm glad you are okay! Owie!
No exercise. I plan on doing *something* on Saturday - take my time and ease back into it a bit. Nothing big.
I'm dealing with low calcium issues now. Tingling in extremeties and had a cramp in my foot 3 times during the night. NOT FUN! See the doc tomorrow - hopefully get some guidance on this.
