LND- shrimp tostada
B- protein shake
S- protein bar, banana
L- not sure, maybe some dry roasted edamame
D- out with friends, not sure yet
vits- on track
water- on track for 100
excersize- will walk tonight
I'll be out of town til Sunday, so I think Gena is taking over this thread- have a good one everyone! My baby sister is getting married!

prebreakfast - protein drink
breakfast - oatmeal pancake
snack - whole wheat english muffin
lunch - turkey breast & cheese
snack - will be protein drink at 2pm
snack - will be string cheese at 3pm
dinner - ???
snack - will be protein drink
sanck - 1 oz mixed nuts
Water - I'm at 30 oz so far, with the goal of 70 oz today.
Vits - on track
Exercise - I'll be on the gazelle tonight.

exercize- walked a mile and did about 3miles on the bike. I also did some weights.

water- so far 55 oz need more.
B~8 oz Apex Protein drink
S~ nothing
L~ slice of ham and a slice of cheese on a half of wheat bread.
S~ 1/2 oatmeal protein bar
S~ 8oz Apex protein drink
1 hour before dinner(checking if chicken is done) 1 oven roasted chicken leg.
D~ 1 chicken leg,small baked potato and 1 hour later 1 cup of fresh baked pinto beans.
All my vitamins
Apex fat burner 3 x a day
60oz water
2 1/2 exercise,cardio and weights.
I am still not getting enough protein in because I cant find one that I like. Was drinking Muscle Milk(yummy by the way) but to much calories.
