Day 3 Regroup

Hi Candy and Aliya and any and everyone else! A good day for me. I had 80 oz of water, a mix of pure and propel 3 SF popsicles while I did yard work for 3 hours in my front yard 122 gm of protein ( 55 from supplements, shakes) Took all my vitamins It felt so good to be in control today! I was tempted early this morning since my daughter was home sick from school again and the boredom set in. Then i made er get dressed so I could rum my errands and then out to work in the yard.

Good job, Jen! Rum, your errands? Lay off the booze, woman, will ya? I'm happy to report that I'm down 15 lbs of the 16 lb gain (4 lbs prior to my surgery last Friday from and 12 lbs from IV fluids, etc) so I'm back to 170 just 1 lb above my lowest weight of 169. I got over 60 oz of pure water yesterday plus whatever fluids I drank. I got 105 grams of protein from my shakes alone. Keep up the great work! Kathy p.s. Having problems from the surgery. Foot cramps during the night. Owie! I see the doc tomorrow to find out the situation.

Hey I did ok, I feel like I ate a lot, I exercised, no wine, and no sweets! over 1oo g of preotein again, but I slacked off from the diet, and had some no-nos, like oatmeal, and lettuce and tomatoe. Long as it wasnt a kit kat, its all good!

Aliya, I think you did awesome with your protein, food intake and exercise! Don't sweat the carbs from oatmeal and some greenery. It is all good for ya! Kathy

Aliya Sounds good to me! Keep it up! I am not going to weigh myself until the 10th day which is so very hard!

Hey Jen! Its been a good day, so far (I havent gone to bed yet)... I drank 64 oz water, was hoping for more but at least thats my 8 glasses. I exercised on the stepper for 20 min and then rode the stationary bike for 20 min. The temptation level for me today has not been too bad, yesterday was worse. I did have an extra snack of some no sugar added ice cream(I know bad Candy), but that was the rest of it and I threw the carton away and Im not buying anymore so thats that. I have not weighed, waiting till tuesday, if I can make it. Im usually a slave to the scale. Sounds like we are doing good, you, me and aliya. Hang in there guys we got this!!! Okay Im going to bed now before I eat my words here. Candy

Candy I can't even think about having no sugar added ice cream in my house. It would totally put me over the edge! Ice Cream is a big trigger food to me. It is what I would want on a deserted island! Nope just SF popsicles here! Not even SF fudgicles. I am also so totally scale obsessed. I step on it when I get up to pee in the middle of the night! I will not weigh till 10 days are up.
