Looks like you're doing well with no snacking...keep it up!
I have been grazing all day, I can't even break it up into meals, so ill tell u what I had
oatmeal
2 boiled egg whites
a couple of nuts
1oz cheddar cheese, and 4 wheat thins
turkey and swiss on a bed of greens
protein drink made with skim milk
2 chix nuggetts
i was gonna do grilled chicken with the barilla plus pasta, but Im gonna do broccoli instead, ill save the pasta for tommorow.
oh a 12 oz cappuccino
vits are good, gotta up the water,
Pre-B: IDS Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Shake made w/ leftover chilled coffee, splash half and half and sweet 'n low ****d latte heaven to the tune of 35g of protein)
B: Deli ham and havarti w/dill cheese; cup o' joe
L: Noodless lasagna (w/ spinach and shrooms)
S: Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake made w/ water (35g) ; celery and natural PB
S2: 2 slices of muenster cheese
Dinner will leftovers of some type. Late night snack will be a few strawberries and yet another protein shake.
Water: 60 oz thus far...
Vitamins: Got 'em except for nighttime dose of calcium and B complex
Exercise: Not allowed to yet. Soon.
Pre B- NSA Hot Choc with scoop of tasteless whey
B- 1 South Beach Diet breakfast wrap
L - 3 oz tuna, 1 cheesestick
S- NSA protein smoothie from Freshens, with added protein (18 grams)
S - 1 South Beach Diet bar, 1/2 a banana
D - Lean Cuisine (Salmon with orzo rice)
S - Don't know yet
40 oz water, 40 oz decaf tea

LND - about 1/3 of a Wendy's broccoli and cheese potato and 3 chicken nuggets
Pre B - Nectar Shake
B - low carb yogurt
S - South Beach Diet Bar
L - NSA pb, NSA jelly, 1 slice power bread, some green peppers and carrots
S - 2 oz of cheese
S - protein bar
D - 3 oz bbq chicken (carbwise lo-sugar sauce), a few green beans, a teaspoon of rice
Vits - all but tonight's calcium
water - not good, probably only about 40 oz
Im doing the plateau buster diet so my meals arent very exciting!
PreB-coffee with 1 scoop AnyWhey protein and SF Hazelnut coffemate x2
B- 1 scrambled egg with cheese and deli turkey
Mid Morn- Slimfast low carb
Mid after- Morningstar veggie burger with mozz cheese
late after- Blue bunny Carb control yogurt/ Spoonful of PB and flaxseeds
D- 3oz bonless center cup pork chop
80 oz water
all my vitamins
3 hours of raking and weed pulling
