Day 2 Regroup

Well a little harder today. Last night my daughter starting feeling bad, she is 7 yo. She ended up throwing up from 9pm until 4 am! I woke my DH up at 4 to switch with me. I then had to teach my firs****er aerobics class at 9:15, and I sure wasnt gunna call in sick for my first day! I ended up with 90 gm of protein and 70 oz of pure H2O, oh yeah and one ultra light beer. I am now on my way to bed, hopefully I wont be so tired tomarrow! Jen

Hey Jen, sorry to hear about the little one, I know how that goes. Yesterday was fabulous for me, Although I had bread, lettuce and tomato (not on the list) I still made wonderful choices. My dinner was a little high in fat (taylor ham), but I woke up 1 pound lighter today. The important part for me is that it was day 1 of no wine, and no sweets! Today is looking good too, my boneless, skinless chicken breast is defrosting, and I'm gonna try a Vicky D receipe.

Oh, I got in over 100 g of protein, made my water, but forgot that last dose of calcium!

Its definately harder today, I havent messed up but man oh man I keep thinking about it. I already got some exercise in and taking my 2yr old to the park today( hoping for some more exercise). The weather is wonderful here today, its going to get into the seventies. Now if I can just make it without messing up. Pray for me! Candy
