Start Weight 245 Current weight 144 Start size 28 Current 10 - 12 (depending on label) I am 5 pounds below my doc's goal, and 10 pounds above mine. I plan to stop at size 8, whatever weight that winds up being. Current total: 3,571 pounds lost!! Yahoo!!! Mom Bear

I started at 248. I am now 173. Total lost 75 lbs Was size 22 now in size 12.
