While Seven takes a break from being our exercise encourager, Laurie and this Lori (same name, different spelling) Will fill in. Here was what I did today: 25 minutes treadmill 35 minutes Kickboxing jazzercise class (I really suck at kickboxing) What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/250.5/168

Yey Eileen! I had to drop the elliptical again because of my knees. I think I'll try it again after I lose another 25 lbs or so. I really feel I get a harder workout on the elliptical than the treadmill, but, we must do what we can. Good for you and keep up the great work! Lori

Elliptical kills my back, so I've broken it up with recumbent cycle. Swimming's still the best for me, but I've been so busy the past couple of weeks, I've had a hard time fitting that in. Eileen
