I've made this a few times and I may have already shared it, but I will again, cuz it's good! 1 small container of Cool Whip (either the light or free) 1 pkg sf/ff pudding (any flavor, my favs are vanilla, banana, or cheesecake for this recipe) 1 small can of mandarin oranges drained and rinsed 1 jar marischino cherries drained and rinsed well 1 small can crushed pineapple (don't drain) 2 scoops protein powder (some sort of berry or vanilla works well) A few handfulls of walnuts or pecans Mix everything together and let sit in the fridge for a few minutes for the pudding to set. I eat about 1/4 cup at a time and it's really sweet, gives me protein, and gets a little bit of fruit in at the same time! Enjoy!

Michelle, I can't wait to try this. Sounds like something my husband might like too. He had WLS in Dec. and still can't find a protein that he likes very well. Sounds like this might be a great supplement. Have a great day! ~Wanda

Question, do you get the same amount of protein in when you mix it all up? I would think that you don't because its all mixed up and your not going to eat it all in one sitting right? It sounds so yummy and I do want to try. Now you mix the pudding powder in or do you make the pudding seperate? Rosie
