Day 1 Regroup

Hi Everyone Well the day started out like any other. Weight this am was 159. Had my coffee with AnyWhey protein and sugarfree hazelnut coffeemate and then off to the gym! I drank 96 oz (3L) of water. Filled a pitcher and put it on the counter. Just pure straigh****er. Had 101 gm of protein. 54 from supplements and 47 from food. Took all my vitamins It wasn't too too bad but boy oh boy did I want some kind of crunchy salty snack this afternoon. I was so close to having some mixed nuts or wheat thins but I resisted. It would have just spiraled out of control. I just came over to the old computer and logged right on to OH. I have had diarrhea most of the day. From all the water maybe?? Hopefully it is just pounds melting away. One day down 9 to go!!!!!

Hey Jen! I did fabulous until the evening, got in 121 grams of protein, 60oz water, 2 cups of decaf tea, and if it wasnt on the list I didnt have it....until I didnt do as well as planned on my exam. I went to Champs with some classmates and had a 1/4 of a chicken quesadilla. Today will be better!

Aliya Still a pretty good day, I am sure you could have eaten something worse than a Chicken Quesadilla. All that protein and all tha****er!!!

Hey Jen, To my total amazement this morning I was back down to 159 which is awesome. Now I have even more motivation to riding this weight thing out to the very end. I have gotten down 32oz of pure H2O and already exercised on the stepper for 40 min. Im so proud of myself. Looking forward to ending the day on a good note. Like you 9 more to go! Candy
