Pre-B: Protein Shake (35g) - IDS Cinnamon Vanilla w/ leftover chilled hazelnut coffee, splash of half and half and sweet 'n low.
B: Cup O' Joe, Deli ham, Havarti w/ dill cheese
L: Noodless Lasagna (ground turkey w/ tomato sauce layers with ricotta mixed with mozarella and parm cheese, spinach, sauteed shrooms)
S1: Protein shake (35g) - Nectar Lemon Lea, spoonful of PB (separate from the tea shake)
S2: Protein shakes (35g) - Hood Carb Countdown Chocolate drink mixed with 3/4 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb Dutch Chocolate and 3/4 scoop of IDS Cinnamon Vanilla
D: Homemade Chili w/ Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream
S: A protein shake yet again...
Vitamins: Need my final doses of calcium and my B complex, rest already done.
Water: 80 oz pure water down. More to come, if I can.
Exercise: Nope. Not really allowed at this point. May sit on my exercise ball and do my pelvic tilts later.
