Regroup-18lbs from Goal
I am jusy plain ol' stuck!
My weight hasn't changed but a few pounds up and down since Dec. My size has gone down and I am now in a 10 most of the time. And believe me I am happy with that. But starting Monday morning......
Back to basics for 10 days! That is my short term goal to get over this hump! I am ridding my house of a few distractions...ie Girl Scout Cookies, just one won't hurt! I am plastering many before pictures around my bathroom and kitchen and bedside table. I am busting out my food journal and writing it down! All of it!
I sure didn't come this far to stop short of phenomenal!
Feel free to join me...the last 20lbs are the hardest! Never even thought I would be close enough to goal in my life to utter those words...

Sounds like a plan to me...and yes tomarrow is my start day. I worked last night, just got up 20 min ago (12:30) and plan to be back in bed by 8pm. I never eat very well on Sunday just not enough time to get my protein in before I am ready to go to sleep.
Yeah I will just post "regroup" in the evening starting tomarrow and let you know about my day. So that will me Feb 27th to March 8th.
Having read all of your posts I think we are alot alike in our eating...so lets try to be honest! I will even fess up right now I will be having some Merlot tonight! But then none for 10 days and no Micelob Ultra Light either
I will definitely be honest! And I give you permession to tell me about myself. Will you be exercising? I plan on doing at least a 1mi walk per day. And I will probbaly have wine tonite also, since it's my mom's "last meal" before surgery" And I need to give up alcohol anyway! So 10 days is a great start for me!

I'll be with you in spirit. I still have 83 lbs to my goal, so I have to look at this in more of the long term. But, I'm very supportive! I've been doing much better. I've got 75 minutes of exercise 6 days a week "hardwired". It is the snacking that has been sometimes problematic, but, I feel much better after this last week.

Count me in, Ive done really well up until about 2 weeks ago. I only have 9 pounds to go, well plus 3 that Ive put on in the past 2 weeks (since we are being honest here). Ive gotten back on the horse today and this time Im not falling off! My goal is to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. Like you as of yesterday I have ridded my house of all the no no foods so I have nothing saying "Candy eat me, eat me". Im ready!

I can totally relate! I have about 45-50 pounds to go til goal. I should be happy with the 130 pounds I have lost but I havent changed at all since December. I fluctuate between 197-201 and it is so depressing. I am in a size 14 jeans so I should be ecstatic....ugh who knows. They say it will change soon but I just wanted u to know that I can relate to how you are feeling. Good luck!
