Just obese

I had my foot surgery on Wed. and I must stay the pain from that surgery was 10 times worse then my RNY surgery. I had no pain at all with that, and with this surgery I had to actually take pain killers. I feel much better today. When I went for my preop work up my BMI is down to being obese. When I started this journey I was super morbidly obese. I am so excited today. When I was telling my husband he just laughed at me. I am down a total of 111 popunds from when I started this journey and I feel so good. I would do this all over again in a minute. Thanks for letting me ramble take care Debbie

Debbie, Good for you! Just "obese" sounds weird, but, I, too came from being super morbidly obese to just obese and it is music to my ears! We will celebrate again when we are just "overweight"! Keep up the good work and follow doctor's orders on the foot recovery. Lori 384/250.5/168
