My First Dump

Well ... it happened. My first dumping episode. My husband and I went to Big Boy last night and I ordered the soup and salad bar. Harmless right???? I STILL can't figure out what the heck I ate that made me feel so bad!!!!!!!! The only thing I can think of is that I used 1000 Island dressing instead of my usual Ranch on my salad. UGGGG was I miserable! It started just as we were leaving the restaurant ... when I stood up, I felt my face heating up and I was a little lightheaded. I drove the short distance home and by the time I got into the house, I was so weak I could barely stand upright. I made it to my bed where I collapsed and there I remained for 2 hours. I didn't or although I did feel some nausea. I was just so weak and lightheaded and my face was on fire. My husband kept talking to me and I just wanted to be left alone. What an experience! Diane

Yup... Sounds just like what happened to me... I feel the same way, too. "Don't talk to me, don't look at me, heck, don't even THINK about me!" Glad you're feeling better now!

Well it's great that you made it this far without a dump, but I'm sorry you had to experience one at all. That is how I dump too. It's not fun at all. But it does get me an automatic "nap" when it happens. Hope you're doing well otherwise. Hugs, Laurie
