What are you eating on Thursday?
LND- salad w/veggies, chicken, low cal ranch
S- too many- nights are so hard for me right now.
B- a spoonful of peanut butter, then a protein bar and a banana
no snack
L- deli ham and cheddar
S- protein shake
D- out, so not sure yet
vits- just need calcium later
water- it's early, I'll get my 100
excersize- lots of walking tonight
B -= weight control oatmeal with protein added
S - Isopure protein drink (I ordered a case and I thought I'd see if the 40 grams of protein would make a significant difference...jury is still out)
L - 3.5 oz tuna with 14 mini wheat thins (tomato & basil)
S - 1 oz cheese
D - not sure if I'll fix something with lean hamburger or have chicken.
S - 8 oz lf buttermilk
Protein should be up around 100, really curious to see if this jump starts my weight loss. I've had the Isopure 3 days in a row now and no changes yet in my weight.
Water - so far 48 oz, will probably get at least another 24 to 36 oz.
Vit - Done
Exercise - hopefully I'll get to the gym tonight, been slacking off entirely too much!

LND - 1/2 an egg, 1/4 piece of toast - I made hashbrowns for the rest of the family and they smelled so greasy, I couldn't eat
B - yogurt
S - protein bar
L - beef stew
S - green peppers/baby carrots
S - SF Venti NF Hazelnut Latte (I have class tonight)
D - Aaron's making meatloaf so I'll probably have some of that when I get home tonight...
