LND- chicken fajitas, one low carb tortilla S- too many last night B- protein shake S- probably a banana and soy crisps L- deli ham, cheddar, wheat crackers D- not sure, maybe leftovers vits- not yet, but will in a few water- none yet - (it's 7 am) excer- will walk tonight

Pre-B: Nectar Protein Shake (34g) B: Cup o' Joe, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 pieces muenster cheese L: Tuna salad S1: Nectar Protein Shake (34g) S2: Celery w/ PB D: 1 oz swiss cheese, Protein Shake (34g) S: Yet another protein shake (cameling up for surgery Friday) Water: Propel 16.9 oz, 30 oz pure water thus far... working on it... Vitamins: All but my evening calcium... Exercise: Gym this a.m. Did my upper body workout!
