D: 1 oz swiss cheese, Protein Shake (34g)
S: Yet another protein shake (cameling up for surgery Friday)
Water: Propel 16.9 oz, 30 oz pure water thus far... working on it...
Vitamins: All but my evening calcium...
Exercise: Gym this a.m. Did my upper body workout!
