Pre-B: Nectar Fuzzy Navel shake (made with Crystal Light Orange Sunrise drink)
B: Cup o' Joe, Deli ham and cheese
S: 2 SF peppermint patties (doh!), 1 SF turtle (Rich has not taken the rest to work per my request; sugar alcohols mess up my losing/maintaining evil things that they are!)

D: Will be taco meat w/ cheese and a dab of sour cream
S: Will be yet another protein shake

D-7 oz beef stew
S-8 oz lf buttermilk
Water-only about 48 oz so far, need to get more
vits-done
Exercise-hopefully 1 1/2 hours cardio/wt training
PS: what does LND stand for?
I've been an absolute pig the last few days. Man, I hope this hungry feeling eases off soon.
B - 4 slices Canadian bacon, 16 slices lf pepperoni, 2 oz ff cheese
S - sf cocoa
L - 1 C salad w/roasted red pepper Italian dressing, 5 oz beef crumbles cooked with 1.5 C tomatoes and green chilis.
S - sf cocoa
D - left overs from lunch
As it is only 5 o'clock here, I think it is safe to assume I will be eating more later. I'm figuring on:
S - oatmeal w/ground flax seeds
Calories: 821
Carbs: 72 (ouch)
Fiber: 16
Protein: 76
Seven
Where are the carbs from, Seven? Mostly from the SF cocoa and the oatmeal? Looks like quite a bit of protein to me.
I know some whose philosophy is that as long as the number of grams of carbs is less than the grams of protein consumed they are in good shape. I'm too carb sensitive for that philosophy at this point but still it sounds pretty good and makes sense to me.
