Rich didn't want to go to the gym so I went along with him.
I bought the "Fit & Firm" magazine at the market cashier from Prevention magazine. It has some workouts in it from Denise Austin:
I did the Get Fabulous Abs and the Shape a Lean Lower Body exercises.
They are pilates/ballet type exercises.
