It is cold in S.Tx. What is up with that? Brrrr
I did my make up workout for V-Day, including a 2 mile WATP video. For strength training, I worked my abs and back.
hip rolls (3 sets, 15 reps, 10lb medicine ball)
crunches (3 sets, 15 reps)
hands thru knee crunches (3 sets, 15 reps, 10lb medicine ball)
seated knee tucks (3 sets, 15 reps)
supermans (3 sets, 15 reps)
sitting trunk extensions (3 sets, 5 reps)
single leg lifts (3 sets, 10 reps)
back extensions (3 sets, 10 reps)
broomstick twists (3 sets, 25 reps)
bent rows (3 sets, 15 reps, 45 lbs)
reverse dumbbell fly (3 sets, 15 reps, 5 lbs)
Sooooo, tell me - did you work your muscles today?

After 2 days off...one due to illness, the other due to the fact that didn't reset the alarm clock after illness day... I did go to the gym today.
Did:
- Biked 5 miles (14 minutes) for warm-up
- Slant board sit ups (100 + 50)
- Slant board sit ups oblique (twists) (50 each side)
- Exercise ball (side to side hip moves - good for my back 100 each side)
- Exercise ball (front to back hip moves - 100 each way)
- Exercise ball wall squats (25 for a count of 5)
- Bosu ball (step on it and stand on one leg - working on the leg/core/back - 5 for a count of 10 on each foot)
- Leg press (2 sets, 12 each, 30 lbs)
- Leg/hip adductor (4 sets, 12 each, 30 lbs)
- Leg/hip abductor (4 sets, 12 each, 30 lbs)
- Leg curl (2 sets, 12 each, 30 lbs)
Tomorrow: Upper body

Looks like you got a great workout. Me, on the other hand, am taking the weekend off from exercise and trying to recoup. I'm still sore from overdoing it this week. I've been listening to the radio and reading all day.
Tomorrow is my radio show, then I'm meeting friends. Monday, I will get back into my routine even though it is my day off from work.
