It's Friday, it's Friday! Any fun plans for the weekend? I don't have anything planned.
I worked my quadriceps and calves today.
leg extensions (2 sets, 10 reps, 60 lbs)
incline leg raises (3 sets, 10 reps)
thigh adductions (3 sets, 25 reps)
calf raises - toes in (3 sets, 10 reps, 100 lbs)
calf raises - toes out (3 sets, 10 reps, 100 lbs)
calf raises - toes forward (3 sets, 10 reps, 100 lbs)
reverse calf raises (3 sets, 10 reps)
I will do the 2 mile WATP video in a little while.

I did the 3 cycles of circuit:
Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles)
1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8
2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8
3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8
4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8
5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8
6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8
7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8
8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10
9. SB Crunch 1 x 15
For cardio, I did 15 minutes stationary bike and 15 minutes walking the track.
I'm still very sore from my exercise and snow shoveling from yesterday!
