9 mth update

Well I saw my doctor yesterday... today is is official 9 mths... and I am down 97lbs.....and I feel awesome! Dr. Kurian was pleased.. she said I am doing great.. I told her I am scared.. she was actually glad..she said that means something...not to care at all is not good either. I still want to lose more.. my personal goal is to be under 200 somewhere...not sure what that will be. Went to my support group last night... we had a plastic surgeon give us a presentation...WOW... scarey stuff.. I really liked him however. Dr. Thomas Sterry... if anyone is considering plastic surgery.. make sure they have experience with bariatric patients...so so very important. Hugs to you all Have a great weekend! Marla
