Hi Seven, I got more than a workout today and can barely sit here I'm in pain! I went to the gym for my 5:30 am circuit jazzercise class, through 15 inches of snow! I did my class for 65 minutes, then came home and decided to try and tackle the snow. I couldn't get my snowblower started or stay started, so then I was mad because I had just paid a guy $75 to fix it's starting problem...obviously a waste of money! So, I went out and shoveled for another 45 minutes, then the guy who supposedly fixed my snowblower came over and started it for me. Then I finished my walks and drive with it, did his (because he was running to work) and did 2 of my other neighbors, feeling cranky the whole time. Then I had a very long slow drive to work due to all the accidents and bad weather... Anyway, I'm finally over being cranky, but, it is 1:30 in the afternoon. I ate 3 chocolates that were outside my office!!! ARGH!!! I'm ready to forgive myself now...enough ranting! Somedays are just easier than others. Lori

Sounds like we need to get you mad more often! That was quite a little workout! Cranky really works for you . . . . . . . and your neighbors. I have no snow to blow, but there is always something to do around here. If you want to come on down, I will be glad to keep you pissed off. My family assures me this is one of my strongest qualities. Seven

UGH - I'm not feeling well this week. I didn't go to the gym at all yesterday, and today I FORCED myself to go. I walked 2 miles with my 3lb hand weights. Laurie

You aren't coming down with something are you? If you are sick, perhaps it is best if you save your energy to recooperate. Take care of you. Seven

Hello Seven. Today i did 2 miles on the treadmill and then I did 20 minutes on the bike which was about 7.2 miles. I also lifted a little weights. I am feeling great and working towards me next goal. I went through a period of self sabatoge because I am worried about what my life will be like after I get the weight off. I started putting weight on at two so I have always been big. I am now the weight I was in like 10 and 11th grade. IT is feeling good. I now realize I have a bright future ahead of me and I need to accept it and make the best of it. I hope you have a great day.

Today is cardio/fat burning for me today. When I get off work it's off to the gym for 1 hour of elliptical. Last week I didn't do very well with the exercise. This week I feel like I'm kicking the proverbial butt! Monday I exercised 2 hours...1/2 hour cardio (elliptical), 1 hr weights (upper & lower), 25 min of hill-plus (kilamanjaro) on the elliptical, then 5 minutes cool down going backwards. I did the same thing Wednesday except only did 20 minutes cardio instead of 30. Tuesday I was lazy though.

Great workouts! Tuesday wasn't lazy, it was a rest day. We all need one or two a week. It gives the body a chance to recooperate and ready itself for the next brutal session. Seven
