I am doing yesterday's routine. I guess I will just be a day behind and make up on Saturday. I work my triceps and chest. bench press close-grip bench press triceps extension dumbbell pullover I walked 2.5 miles around the neighborhood. Seven

Good for you, Seven! Did 10 minutes on the exercise bike for warm-up. And then my 5 sets of 12 of all my upper body stuff. Kathy

Seven, That is what I do if I miss a day for some reason. Here is what I did at the gym this morning: Cardio: Triathlon (15 minutes of each) - Treadmill 4.0 mph 0% - Bike 75-85 rpm's level 5, Eliptical 4.0-4.5 mph level 4 Abs: Cable Twist 2 x 12, Weighted Stability Ball Crunch 2 x 20 Can I say I'm tired and sore from my new routine?
