That is what I do if I miss a day for some reason.
Here is what I did at the gym this morning:
Cardio: Triathlon (15 minutes of each) - Treadmill 4.0 mph 0% - Bike 75-85 rpm's level 5, Eliptical 4.0-4.5 mph level 4
Abs: Cable Twist 2 x 12,
Weighted Stability Ball Crunch 2 x 20
Can I say I'm tired and sore from my new routine?
