What are you eating in Wednesday?
Today was much better for me than yesterday, that's for sure!
Pre B - Nectar (1.5 scoops)
B - 6 oz low carb vanilla yogurt w 1/3 cup Life Cereal
S - Granny Smith apple w/ 2 tbls nsa pb
L - 2 slices of deli ham w/ 1 tbls ff cream cheese, 1.5 oz of colby jack
S - Pria protein bar
D - not sure yet...
Water - good, about 50 oz so far and it's only 5:45pm
Vits - good

PreB: Protein shake (34 g)
B: 1 cup o' Joe, 2 slices American cheese, 2 small chicken strips (homemade with parm cheese coating)
L: More chicken strips, 1 slice American cheese
S: Protein shake (34 g), Celery w/ reduce sugar PB
S2: Protein shake (22 g) - a small one...
D: Not sure yet.
Water: 16.9 of Propel (not on my underwear this time), 20 oz bottle, working on next 20 oz bottle...
Vitamins: All but evening Calcium and B complex - coming soon...
Exercise: Gym, upper body
AM - Pro stat
b - Strive protein bar
l - 1/2 cup refried beans, with 2 TBS queso and salsa and a few low-fat tostitos. YUMMY!!!
s - 2 slices 2% cheese and saltines
d - 1 cup salad greens, 2 TBS low carb peanut and a s/f jello with some of the new s/f cool whip for dessert. (I know salad and peanut butter is weird, but so am I!)
