Gym is open (Tuesday)

Ummm, well, you see, ummm. I haven't actually done any type of workout unless you count shoveling. Shoveling food in my mouth, that is! What did you do to work your muscles today? Seven

Seven, I've done badly with my eating today too. But, I did go to the gym! Woohoo! One reason I drag my (sometimes reluctant) butt out of bed to go to the gym at 5 am is that nothing at that time can really conflict. And then when my day is done I can at least say, "I got a workout in." This eating thing is something else though. I'm still thinking I might end up needing being locked in a cage and fed only carrot sticks! Here was my workout: Cardio: Treadmill 35 minutes (5 min @ 3.0 mph 0%, 30 min @ 4.5 mph @ 2.5%) Weights SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec Machine Back Extension 3 x 10 SB Wall Squat 3 x 8 Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10 Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10 Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10 Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15 Hang in there!
