Gym is open (Tuesday)

I've done badly with my eating today too. But, I did go to the gym! Woohoo! One reason I drag my (sometimes reluctant) butt out of bed to go to the gym at 5 am is that nothing at that time can really conflict. And then when my day is done I can at least say, "I got a workout in." This eating thing is something else though. I'm still thinking I might end up needing being locked in a cage and fed only carrot sticks!
Here was my workout:
Cardio: Treadmill 35 minutes (5 min @ 3.0 mph 0%, 30 min @ 4.5 mph @ 2.5%)
Weights
SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec
Machine Back Extension 3 x 10
SB Wall Squat 3 x 8
Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10
Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10
Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10
Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15
