What are you eating on Tuesday?
S-I started the day with 8 oz of buttermilk.
B- 5 oz of Weight Control oatmeal (protein added) with a few blueberries
S- Protein Shake
L-Shrimp Scampi and a small Ceasar salad at Red Lobster
S-Will be a protein shake and 1 oz of cheddar cheese
After exercise-I'll have another protein shake
D- probably about 2-3 oz of steak with 1/2 oz of red peppers, 1/8 c strawberries, 2 bites baked potato
I'm trying to up my protein and this should give me about 110 grams. I want to see if this will start my weight loss again. I've slowed down so much and I really want to make that 100 lb mark soon. I'm at 93 today and I'm down to losing about 5-7 lbs a month now.
Uggghhhh - I don't want to tell!
B - beef fajitas w/tomatoes (so far so good)
L - protein bar (not a great choice, but not the worst)
D - Bread, Caesar salad (not ff), veal parmesan, lasagna, canniloni, sf oreos (It's V-day and it was so, so, so good. I know, I know, you don't have to tell me!)
It is still early. I am sure I will shove more in me before the day is done.

Pre-B: Protein shake (34 g), 2 slices American cheese
B: Hard boiled egg, 1 chicken strip (hubby made 'em coated in parm cheese)
L: 5 chicken strips, green beans
S: Celery w/ PB, Protein shake (34 g)
Entire pack of Bubblicious SF bubble gum and the gasssss is killing me!
S: 2 pretzels w/ 2 slices American cheese
D: Who knows...

Vitamins: Still need more calcium
Water: Got in over 60 oz. Working on more.
Exercise: Gym this a.m.
