LND- cold cuts, cheese, reduced fat Wheat Thins, fresh strawberries B- protein shake S- 1/2 Luna bar, banana L- deli ham, cheddar cheese, wheat Ritz D- stuffed chicken breasts vits- all but calcium this afternoon water- will do 100 excersize- probably a bike ride
