I did about 16 minutes on the exercise bike. 3 miles at fat burning heart rate and 3 miles at cardio heart rate. I did squats with the exercise ball on the wall. 25 of them. I did 100 situps on the slant board on slant 3. I did 100 oblique situps (50 each side) on the slant board...yadda yadda. I tried a few Captains Chair lifts. I suspect that is what my back objected to. I hate this. Kathy

Have you talked to someone about strength training for your back? Maybe there is something you can do to increase your back strength and decrease your pain. Maybe your Dr. can help, or a Physical Therapist, or Personal Trainer? Seven

I'm trying to get back to all my PT exercises. I did do PT for a long time after surgery. I'm going to try on my own a bit longer and if I have to I'll see if I can find a good personal trainer. Actually one of the women at the gym is a trainer and we were discussing backs and she said she'd show me a few strengtheners next time I saw her. What a doll! Kathy

Oh that is great! I hate to think of you in pain when you are trying to do something that is so good for you. Seven
