LND- turkey chili w/cheese and sour cream pre B- protein shake B- one egg, bacon, one slice wheat toast L- banana and some low fat Ritz crackers D- hawaiian shrimp and pork vits- all in water- totally ahead today! excers- walking to dinner (a little over a mile each way)

To illustrate my previous post about my bad, bad behavior and need to get back on track, I'll tell the truth here: Breakfast: 5 bites of instant oatmeal, 2 cups coffee Snack: Handful of Bugles, one ginger snap (a really small one). Lunch: potato skins with soy bacon and cheese Snack: 3 Liberty Orchard Applets n' Cotlets Water: (gulp!) None....YARRRGH!! Does coffee and diet soda count??? No...I thought not. Protein: None. Crap again. Exercise: AM walk - 1.5 miles. My guilty self is going to go make some Nectar, drink some water and chastise the bad me....dang...

Pre B: Protein shake (34 g) B: 2 slices muenster cheese, cup o' joe, 1 SF peanut butter cookie S: Jr. Protein shake (23 g) L: Pork Dijon (hubby made it and dropped it off for me...yummers!) S1: Celery and PB, 1 SF peanut butter cookie S2: Protein shake (34 g) D: 2 slices muenster cheese and something else... maybe deli ham or green beans or a pork cutlet S: Protein shake (34 g) Vitamins: All except my evening doses of calcium Water: 16.9 oz propel, 50 oz plain water - will try for more Exercise: 7 minutes of cycling for warm up, upper body weight workout Got alot to choose from for tomorrow: Rich made hard-boiled eggs, tuna salad, bought some ham... no more cheese only for breakfast! Our cupboard was a bit bare after living on leftover superbowl party food all week.

I had fasting bloodwork done this morning at 9 a.m. so I was STARVING!!!! I came home and had to really think about eating slowly. B- a cup or so of cottage cheese S- fresh strawberries and a bite of chocolate cake...just a bite (my bday was a few days ago and my sister baked me a cake of all things! I took the rest of the cake to school, so for me to have a few nibbles is a good thing!) L- grilled cheese sandwich (about 3/4) D - liver (yes, l like the stuff) a few bites of mashed potatoes, a few bites of macaroni & cheese snack-probably a protein shake and maybe some fruit later
