Gym is Open (really Thursday!)

Hey Seven: Just wanted to say that although I don't always post on this subject, I do workout pretty faithfully. I have already had my workout today, 1 mile on treadmill, 1 mile on bike, and all the exercise equipment and free weights at my club. I usually workout on Tues, Thursdays and Saturdays (or Sundays). Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Today (the real Thursday) I worked my quads and calves. Leg extensions incline leg raises thigh adductions calf raises reverse calf raises I may or may not walk today. If I don't, I will make it up on Saturday. Seven

My workout was as follows: 7 minutes warmup cycling Chest press 5 x 12 Tricep press 5 x 12 Seated lat pulldown 5 x 12 Seated chest pulls 5 x 12 Calf raises 4 x 12 (2 way) Dumbbell 3 way 4 x 12 Dumbbell bicep curls 4 x 24 (12 palm up, 12 thumb up) Kathy

45 minutes of cardio (Prevention's "Walk Your Way Slim"). Actually, the DVD cover says it's 45 minutes, but it's slightly less, probably closer to 40 minutes. Oh well. Decided to give the musles a rest, so no toning.
