L-6 oz of my Hamburger/Green Bean Stew (yummy!) (protein added)
early dinner- same as lunch (I have a play to go to tonight so I'm opting for something I can just throw in the microwave).
s- if anything, it will be either 1 oz of cheese or 8 oz of buttermilk or 1/2 SF cookie

about 1300 calories
all vits and calcium
50 min on treadmill
100 oz water
