surgery

Hi It hs been a while since I have posted. I must say everyone is doing so well in there journey's. I have been moving slow with the weight loss for the past few months, but I am concentrating more. I am going to have surgery on my foot on the 22nd. I apperantly have a growth on the top of my right foot. It is painful, I can't wear boots or anything that is tight. I feel the best when I have nothing on it. Everyone keep up your good work and when I am home for a couple weeks I will pop in more often. Take care Debbie
